I’ll always provide a clear quote before starting any work, so you know what to expect. For many smaller jobs, I can often provide an estimate from photos sent via WhatsApp.
I price each job individually based on the work involved, including any materials and consumables required. My aim is to provide fair, realistic pricing while delivering reliable, tidy work.

If you have a list of smaller jobs around the home, I offer a Home Help Visit - a convenient way to tackle those little jobs that have been building up, all in one go. Visits start from £65 (up to 2 hours).

Occasionally, once work begins, unexpected issues can appear that were not visible when quoting. If this happens, I’ll always explain what I’ve found, why it affects the work, and discuss the options with you before carrying out anything extra.

…though some are better suited to a specialist. If that's the case, I'll happily tell you rather than take on something that's outside my expertise. So if you aren't sure whether I'm the right person for your job, just ask.
